At the heart of our operations lies a pivotal role, crucial in supporting trainers, driving professional development, and upholding delivery standards that harmonize with regulatory requirements and an unwavering commitment to student success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead, support, and coach trainers to deliver exceptional training and assessment.
  • Monitor performance, SLAs, and delivery standards to ensure compliance with ASQA and internal policies.
  • Provide guidance and support on student queries, feedback, and complaints related to trainers.
  • Collaborate with Academic Operations Leads to implement and embed new processes, quality improvements, and initiatives.
  • Facilitate one-on-ones, team meetings, and onboarding for new trainers.
  • Support trainers to maintain currency of qualifications, PD, and industry engagement.
About You:
  • Proven leadership experience in vocational education and training.
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent).
  • Relevant vocational qualifications and current industry currency.
  • Strong knowledge of ASQA Standards and delivery compliance.
  • Excellent communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fully remote role – work from anywhere in Australia.
  • Be part of a collaborative and student-focused national team.
  • Play a key role in shaping trainer performance and the student experience.
