Trainer and Assessor Position

Magnus Recruitment Solutions is a leading recruitment agency in the education sector.

We are seeking an experienced trainer and assessor to develop career paths for individuals in relevant industries.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  1. A Certificate III in Individual Support or equivalent tertiary qualifications.
  2. A Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40110) with units in TAEASS502 and TAELLN401, or higher level of Training and Assessment qualifications.
  3. Relevant industry experience.
  4. Excellent written and communication skills.
  5. Previous VET training experience with international students.

Preferred qualifications include:

  1. 1 year of experience in Individual Support.
  2. Training and Assessment Certificate.

This role requires working at our client's location, which may involve regular travel.

Key Responsibilities: Develop individual learning plans, deliver training sessions, assess student performance, and provide feedback.

Requirements: A Certificate III in Individual Support, a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and relevant industry experience.
