Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced trainer to deliver face-to-face training sessions across Victoria. The role involves conducting training according to established protocols and procedures, ensuring individuals achieve professional accreditation in compliance with Registered Training Organisation (RTO) and Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) Guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess a TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, prior experience in training within an education or corporate environment, strong verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

In this hands-on and rewarding position, you will have the opportunity to coach and mentor individuals, delivering high-quality training that meets the needs of our clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting training sessions in accordance with established protocols and procedures
  • Achieving professional accreditation in compliance with RTO and AQTF Guidelines requirements
  • Demonstrating expertise in coaching and mentoring skills

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
  • Prior experience in training within an education or corporate environment
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven self-direction with organisation and planning skills and the ability to exercise initiative, discretion and judgement in working independently and as part of a team
  • Demonstrated experience and success with coaching and mentoring skills
