About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sports Science and Conditioning Coach to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing and implementing a strength and conditioning program that exposes athletes to an age-appropriate, progressive, and challenging strength training stimulus to promote long-term athlete development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement a strength and conditioning program that aligns with the AFL's high-performance goals.
  • Collaborate with medical staff to facilitate an engaging rehabilitation process and individualized return-to-play programs for injured athletes.
  • Monitor and provide feedback to coaches and high-performance staff on training sessions.

Requirements

  • A degree in Exercise Science or equivalent.
  • ASCA Level 1 (Level 2 preferred).
  • Current Working with Children Check (Ochre Card).
