Albury Wodonga Health is seeking a highly skilled Mental Health Clinician to join our Adult Continuing Care Team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive multidisciplinary team environment.

Key Responsibilities

- Working closely with our multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care and support to patients.
- Participating in regular team meetings and contributing to the development of our mental health services.
- Staying up-to-date with best practice and research in mental health to ensure our services are of the highest quality.
