As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective HSE strategies to ensure the safety and well-being of our employees, customers, and the environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Lead a team of HSE professionals to provide technical support and guidance to our operations teams.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including regulatory bodies, customers, and suppliers.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to our employees to enhance their HSE knowledge and skills.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the renewable energy industry.
  • Proven track record of developing and implementing effective HSE strategies and programs.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate teams.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate HSE risks.
  • Diploma in WHS/OHS/E or higher, or equivalent experience.
