Event Supervisor Opportunity

Castle Hill RSL Group is seeking a highly organized and communicative Event Supervisor to join our team at Club Parramatta. As a key member of our Events team, you will provide exceptional support to our day-to-day event operations, ensuring seamless customer experiences from initial enquiry to post-event feedback.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of events, including coordination with the kitchen and event teams.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and communication throughout the event duration.
  • Ensure timely and efficient event setup, execution, and breakdown.
  • Collaborate with the Events team to achieve event goals and objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports of event activities and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in events or a related field.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
  • Friendly and pleasant nature, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Current RSA and RCG certifications.
  • NSW Working with Children's check.
