We are seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead, develop and support our Food & Beverage team. As a key member of our hospitality operations, you will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and the ability to effectively oversee the smooth operations of F&B outlets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise, train and coordinate front of house food and beverage staff to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth operations, ensuring a positive experience for all patrons.
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the food & beverage outlet is adequately stocked to meet customer demand.
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly.
- Oversee safe working practices in accordance with Work Health and Safety standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all staff.
About You:
- Experience in training and supervising front of house staff in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results.
- Strong knowledge of operations in a food and beverage department, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances.
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including overnights and weekends, with strong availability and flexibility.
- Excellent customer service skills and a positive attitude, with a passion for delivering exceptional experiences.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across a range of cultures.
- Cert IV Hospitality or equivalent in a related discipline (desirable).
