Food and Beverage Operations Manager

We are seeking a Full-Time Food & Beverage Supervisor to lead, develop and support our Food & Beverage team. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our F&B outlets, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise, train and coordinate front of house food and beverage staff to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and smooth operations in a fast-paced environment
- Monitor and manage stock levels, ensuring the food & beverage outlet is adequately stocked and minimizing waste
- Handle customer complaints in a timely and professional manner, resolving issues promptly and fairly
- Oversee safe working practices in accordance with Work Health and Safety standards, ensuring a safe and healthy work environment for all staff
- Experience in training and supervising front of house staff in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional results
- Strong knowledge of operations in a food and beverage department, with the ability to analyze and improve processes
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff
- Ability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including overnights and weekends, and have strong availability
- Cert IV Hospitality or equivalent in a related discipline (desirable)
