We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Dispensary Technician. This role is critical in ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services to our customers.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and consult with patients to ensure they receive the best advice for their health and beauty needs
  • Assist pharmacists in processing prescriptions correctly and efficiently using our dispensing system
  • Ensure dispensaries are well-stocked to meet customer demands
  • Demonstrate the value of National Pharmacies membership to customers
  • Work across our network of pharmacies in the SA metropolitan area
