About the Role

We are seeking a skilled professional to coordinate our service workshop operations.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with supervisory experience and strong leadership skills.

You will be responsible for planning, organizing, and supervising the service workshop to meet customer requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining work schedules to optimize equipment and resource utilization
  • Motivating workshop teams to prioritize safety and excellence
  • Allocating resources and labor effectively for timely service delivery
  • Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and fostering a safety-first culture
  • Applying quality assurance processes and ensuring adherence to workshop systems
  • Managing work in progress, controlling costs, and identifying opportunities for process improvements
About You

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Relevant trade qualifications, preferably in diesel or mobile plant mechanics
  • Supervisory experience with a focus on team leadership and motivation
  • A strong understanding of health and safety principles and practices
  • Experience in maintaining earthmoving equipment, preferably with Hitachi machinery
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Initiative to drive continuous improvement and implement change
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with emphasis on stakeholder engagement
