About the Role:

Provide on-site and after-hours emergency assistance to residents. Experience in permanent resident facility management is required.

The core working hours are Monday – Friday, 7am – 3:00pm, with occasional responsibilities outside these hours.

  • Assist with operational aspects and security associated with the community
  • Provide high-level customer service to all residents
  • Coordinate efficient management of materials, consumables, grounds, buildings, and financial resources
  • Conduct routine inspections to ensure resident safety
  • Maintain the community grounds and gardens to a high standard
  • Perform general gardening duties; experience with swimming pool management is preferred
  • Coordinate external trades and contractors
  • Work closely with the Community Manager to oversee daily operations
