Public Transport Operations Coordinator

We are seeking an experienced Bus Driver to join our team at Transdev. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the safety of our customers.
About the Role
As a Bus Driver with us, you will play a critical role in keeping communities connected by providing safe and reliable public transport services. You will be responsible for operating buses on designated routes, ensuring that passengers arrive at their destinations on time.
Key Responsibilities

- Operate buses on designated routes, following all traffic laws and regulations.\
- Ensure the safety of passengers by monitoring the bus's interior and exterior, reporting any hazards or incidents.\
- Maintain high standards of customer service, responding promptly to passenger queries and concerns.\
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth bus operations, including communicating with dispatchers and other drivers.\
- Adhere to company policies and procedures, including those related to vehicle maintenance and punctuality.\
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge.\
- Contribute to the overall success of the team by being flexible and adaptable in your work schedule.\
- Earn up to $100K per year* (increases with experience) through regular overtime, shift penalties, and bonuses.\

- Possess a Full Australian C-A licence (or above), with a reliable driving record (no more than 4 demerit points on your licence).\

- Applicants must be prepared to work a rotating roster which includes straight shifts, split shifts, and relief shifts.\
