As a Customer Usage & Success manager, you'll be working with a specific set of customers to give them a 6-star experience while growing their usage and engagement of our product. You'll use your relationship skills to understand customer objectives and discover opportunities to deliver extra value.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance account usage and engagement
- Create and deliver customised product demonstrations and solutions to meet unique customer needs
- Establish and nurture in-person relationships with customers through regular meetings and attendance at industry events
- Analyse key account performance data to inform strategies for optimising account usage and driving customer growth
Requirements:
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience working in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or similar
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
- Sales acumen: understanding of key performance indicators (KPIs) and ability to focus on high-impact activities
