About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Account Development Manager to join our team at Transmax Pty Ltd. As a key member of our Accounts and Partnerships Group, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth through strategic partnership development and management.

Your primary focus will be on ensuring satisfaction, retention, and growth of our client base by developing and executing account plans that drive customer value, revenue growth, and margin performance improvement.

You will work closely with dedicated areas of the business to align strategies and deliver superior service to your assigned customer base. Key focus areas within your remit will include:

  1. Sales Activities and Customer Relationship Management
  2. Strategic Planning and Execution
  3. Customer Retention

Key Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification in Business or related discipline
  • Minimum 3-7 years' experience in account management or sales related roles within a technology driven environment
  • Demonstrable contract negotiation experience
  • Proficiency in CRM and related Account Management software
