About This Role

You will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end process of order fulfilment, ensuring orders are processed accurately and timely. Your ability to provide excellent customer service, combined with your expertise in managing inventory levels and transportation, will make you an invaluable asset to our team.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Building strong relationships with existing customers and resolving issues effectively and efficiently
  • Prioritising accuracy and efficiency in every task, maintaining a high level of attention to detail at all times
  • Demonstrating excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills when interacting with internal stakeholders and external partners

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also have the opportunity to work closely with internal teams to ensure timely resolution and closure of issues.

To succeed in this role, you should have a strong background in sales administration, customer service or logistics, along with experience using Salesforce or other CRM systems. Knowledge of agricultural and rural products is also highly desirable.
