Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced payroll professional to manage payroll records accurately and timely, ensuring compliance with statutory legislation and company policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process payroll in accordance with Awards, Agreements, Company Policies, Fair Work, Payroll Tax, Superannuation, and relevant legislation
  • Educate the team on legislative changes
  • Identify process improvements, especially in governance
  • Conduct audits and reviews
  • Respond to escalated payroll queries and resolve discrepancies

In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for ensuring payments to staff are compliant, correct, and timely. You will work closely with the Payroll Manager to implement efficient payroll processes and provide expert advice on payroll matters.

This is a varied and challenging role that requires strong technical knowledge of payroll compliance and governance. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of identifying and implementing payroll technologies, as well as excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
