About the Role:
">The Senior Payroll Associate plays a pivotal role in delivering multi-country payroll services to a diverse client base. This position involves overseeing the entire payroll cycle, ensuring accurate data collection, validation, and timely processing in compliance with local and international regulations.
">- Manage the end-to-end monthly payroll process for clients across various countries and jurisdictions.
- Support or lead the implementation of global payroll platforms, streamlining processes and enhancing efficiency.
- Validate payroll data across digital platforms, guaranteeing completeness and accuracy.
- Ensure timely and compliant delivery of payroll, aligning with local laws and global standards.
- Provide guidance and solutions on payroll-specific issues raised by clients, fostering strong relationships and trust.
- Identify and implement improvements to internal and client-facing payroll processes, driving excellence and innovation.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and coordinate cross-functional collaboration, promoting effective communication and teamwork.
Key Qualifications:
">- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field is preferred, demonstrating a solid foundation in relevant disciplines.
- 3–5 years of experience in payroll, showcasing a proven track record of success and growth.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and implementation, including SAP, Workday, ADP, and other leading platforms.
- Strong understanding of payroll compliance requirements and best practices, ensuring adherence to regulatory frameworks.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, facilitating effective collaboration and outcomes.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under pressure, demonstrating adaptability and resilience.
