Project Manager – Client Side

A challenging opportunity exists to join a dynamic consultancy with an established pipeline of Education, Health, Hospitality, Hotels, Aged Care, Office, and Government sectors. This role involves working across various construction projects in different phases of the construction lifecycle from concept through to completion.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist project managers with project coordination and administration tasks.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of project plans and budgets.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports on project progress.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Property or similar.
  • 1-2 years' experience in client-side project management or head contractor experience ideal.
  • Previous experience with end-to-end project management from concept through to completion.
  • Excellent communication skillset both written and verbal.
  • High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
