Project Manager Role

This is a wonderful opportunity for individuals with technical backgrounds in construction, architecture, or engineering looking to transition into client-side project management. It's also suitable for those with client-side experience seeking a fresh challenge.

About the Role
  • As a Project Manager, you will oversee the delivery of diverse projects from brief development and front-end design through to construction delivery.
  • You will be heavily involved in stakeholder engagement and design management to ensure projects meet client expectations.
  • Assistance in managing builders, coordinating design teams, and ensuring clients are fully engaged throughout the project.
About You
  • Candidates should have construction backgrounds looking to transition to the client side or those with client-side consulting experience.
  • Experience as a Site/Project Engineer, Contract Administrator, or Project Coordinator with 2-8 years of professional experience with a head contractor or client-side pm role.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) and ability to build rapport with stakeholders is non-negotiable.
