Project Management Role

The role involves overseeing multiple projects, each with its unique set of challenges and requirements. This includes managing project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion.

Key responsibilities include procurement of design consultants, construction contractors, and other specialist consultants. Contracts administration, claims management, and statutory approval processes are also crucial aspects of the role.

Additionally, experience in program management, managing timelines, and critical paths is essential. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering successful projects from concept through to completion.

Qualifications and skills required include a tertiary qualification in Construction Management or Civil Engineering, and a minimum of 7 years' experience in a client-side PM role. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in MS Office Suite are also necessary.
