Operational Technology Security Specialist

We're seeking a highly skilled IT Security Specialist to provide technical expertise and strengthen security across operational technology environments.
- Act as SME for OT networks, firewall rule configuration and migration activities.
- Analyse and document dataflows to define access requirements.
- Develop detailed network and solution design documentation.
- Participate in workshops and reviews to ensure security and architectural alignment.
- Contribute to OT-specific security standards and technical patterns.
- Support firewall optimisation, authentication design and access control enforcement.
Key Areas of Focus:
- Network Engineering and Configuration Management
- Security Identity and Access Control
- Industrial Networking and Control Systems
Essential Requirements:
- 6+ years in Technology roles, with 3+ years in Cyber Security.
- Strong background in network engineering, configuration and change management.
- Experience managing security, identity and network technologies in segmented/isolated environments.
- Familiarity with control systems (SCADA, PLCs) and industrial networking.
- Hands-on experience with EDR, remote access, HSMs and application control.
- Excellent problem-solving, organisational and time management skills.
Desirable Certifications:
- CISSP, CCNA, CCNP, Security+
