  • Maintain and enhance security software applications focusing on Electronic Access Control Systems (EACS) and CCTV.
  • Ensure terminal safety and security during new Security Screening Project (SSP) roll-out.
  • Integrate new screening technologies and provide hands-on support for system updates, troubleshooting, vendor management, and continuous improvement.
  • Evaluate and implement robust security systems to maintain reliability and readiness.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Support and maintain EACS and CCTV systems for efficient operation.
  • Monitor system status, alarms, and uptime with active intervention when issues arise.
  • Manage service desk tickets and collaborate with Applications Support team during upgrades.
  • Coordinate system design and integration for new projects.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure KPIs are met in line with service agreements.
  • Configure access permissions for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Monitor hardware lifecycles and contribute to asset replacement planning.
  • Lead camera view management in collaboration with operational stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Experience working with enterprise-level servers, security software, and field hardware.
  • Hands-on knowledge of legacy and modern EACS and CCTV systems.
  • Strong understanding of network infrastructure and aviation security principles.
  • Practical experience with CCTV analytics integration.
  • Able to manage contractors effectively.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills – able to explain technical systems in simple terms.
  • Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to work within complex project environments.
