We are seeking an exceptional Associate Nurse Unit Manager to join our team at Monash Health, Victoria's largest and most comprehensive health service.

About the Role:

This is a part-time (0.8) ongoing opportunity to lead a team of dedicated professionals in a 25-bed adult inpatient unit within our Adult Bed-Based Service under the Mental Health program.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide primary nursing care to patients while leading a team of eight or more nurses on shift.
  • Support the Nurse Manager in decision-making to deliver best-in-class patient care.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve excellent patient outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate qualification in Mental Health.
  • Demonstrated experience within an inpatient unit or similar setting.
  • Leadership experience is desirable.
