Rural Generalist Social Worker

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rural Generalist Social Worker to join our team on a locum basis. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, providing high-level social work services to children, families, and adults.
About the Role- This locum position offers a chance to gain experience in rural generalist social work, working with a multidisciplinary team to achieve better health outcomes for vulnerable populations.
- You will have the opportunity to demonstrate your clinical expertise and provide evidence-based interventions in a range of settings.
- Deliver high-level rural generalist social work services, including leadership and clinical work, as a member of a multidisciplinary team.
- Provide complex casework across various settings, demonstrating independence and sound judgment in addressing health issues related to child and family issues, ageing, acute and chronic disease.

Requirements- A Bachelor or Master's degree in Social Work (or equivalent) with extensive experience in rural generalist social work.
- Highly developed clinical skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment and provide evidence-based interventions.
The estimated salary for this role is $75,000 - $90,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience, plus superannuation benefits.
