At CC Medical, we are seeking an experienced Senior Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary team in Northern Western Australia. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-level rural generalist social work services and leadership to achieve better health outcomes for children, families, and adults.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work on a variety of cases, including complex casework across multiple settings. You will demonstrate high-level knowledge and understanding required to exercise independent judgment around health issues related to the impact of child and family issues, ageing, acute and chronic disease.
In this role, you will also provide leadership and support to your colleagues, contributing to the development of our team's skills and expertise. If you are a motivated and experienced Senior Social Worker looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply.
