- Negotiation and Communication Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure mutually beneficial agreements with partners, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively communicate with affiliates and internal teams.
- Marketing Principles and Strategies: A good understanding of marketing principles and strategies, especially in the context of digital and affiliate marketing.
- Problem-Solving and Creativity: The ability to identify issues, troubleshoot problems, and find creative solutions to enhance affiliate performance.
