About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our Work Dynamics business in Melbourne, VIC. As a Marketing Associate, you will play a key role in supporting the roll-out of marketing initiatives to enable strategic growth opportunities across Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in executing marketing and communications plans for Work Dynamics teams
  • Support the rollout of marketing campaign tactics including digital marketing, events and content creation
  • Help develop and distribute client communications
  • Support digital marketing initiatives, including social media and JLL.com content
  • Help coordinate events and identify sponsorship opportunities
  • Ensure brand compliance in all marketing materials
  • Be the Melbourne 'on the ground' videographer and photographer for the Marketing & Communications team

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field
  • Ideally 1-3 years' experience in a marketing, communications or similar role
  • Videography and photography skills
  • An understanding of digital marketing, social media, and content management systems
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills
