About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate Director to join our team in Melbourne, Australia. As an Associate Director, you will play a key role in driving growth in the Private Bank Markets business in Australia. The role will be responsible for supporting and growing the markets needs of ANZ's Private Bank customers while also looking to grow market share and develop new business and product opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Achieve business targets for Private Bank Markets sales across products including Foreign Exchange, Fixed Income, Money Markets and Commodities
  • Identify growth opportunities and new growth streams
  • Helping our ANZ Private Bankers support their clients in managing their financial markets risks across the range of financial markets products
  • Source new business opportunities and develop new product capabilities
  • Actively utilise and promote data to analyse Private Bank client segments to identify exposures and offer solutions
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation to improve the customer and employee experience
  • Ensure limit management and compliance with all internal and external requirements
  • Build and maintain collaborative relationships with key business stakeholders, including other product areas and relationship
  • Ensure adherence with Markets dealing and distribution mandates, suitability frameworks, governance and conduct policies, processes and standards
