Job Overview

The role of a Regional Wellbeing Consultant is to promote staff wellbeing and resilience in schools. This involves collaborating with school leaders to identify and address staff wellbeing needs.


About the Role

The successful candidate will contribute to initiatives promoting health and wellbeing, providing expert advice and support in response to challenging situations. A focus on psychosocial wellbeing will be essential in supporting school leaders to manage issues related to occupational violence and aggression.


Key Responsibilities
  • Consult with regional staff to progress staff wellbeing and provide expert advice on staff wellbeing planning and initiatives.
  • Lead the coordination, promotion, and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives throughout the region.
  • Liaise and collaborate with schools and regional teams to provide expert advice on staff wellbeing and supporting resources.
  • Deliver engaging wellbeing presentations and workshops to develop staff capability, including Psychological First Aid training.
  • Establish networks, collaborate, and liaise with key stakeholders to implement health and wellbeing initiatives across schools in the region.
