Regional Wellbeing Consultant

The Regional Wellbeing Consultant will work closely with school leadership teams to identify and address staff wellbeing needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Consult with key regional staff and provide expert advice on staff wellbeing planning, initiatives, and supporting resources.
  • Lead the regional coordination, promotion, and implementation of health and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with schools and regional teams to provide expert advice and support in response to challenging situations.
  • Deliver engaging wellbeing presentations and workshops on staff wellbeing as required at conferences and forums.
Requirements:
  • Experience in rural and remote settings would be highly regarded.
  • Ability to foster safe and supportive school environments.

As a Regional Wellbeing Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting staff wellbeing across the region. Your expertise and guidance will help develop effective strategies to support teachers and staff in maintaining their physical and mental health.

With a focus on prevention, early intervention, and ongoing support, you will work collaboratively with school leaders and regional teams to create a culture of wellbeing that benefits everyone involved.
