Leading a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR)

As the General Manager of a QSR located inside a travel plaza on a major highway, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and financial performance of a food and beverage concept. This role involves leading a dedicated team that achieves or exceeds targeted financial and performance metrics.

  • Direct daily activities to achieve sales, speed of service, customer satisfaction, brand standards, and food quality & safety standards.
  • Maintain operating budgets, inventory controls, food and labor costs, gross profit, and reporting.
  • Ensure the QSR consistently meets or exceeds brand standards and food safety requirements.
  • Foster a positive work culture of learning, development, and recognition.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain a strong team to ensure appropriate staffing levels.
