  • Handle customer queries, reservations, and special event planning with excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Address complaints and concerns promptly while engaging with guests to gather feedback and enhance satisfaction.
  2. Participate in menu planning with chefs to balance customer appeal and food cost, ensuring offerings are financially sustainable, seasonal, and aligned with business goals.
  3. Maintain accurate financial records, monitor revenue and expenses, and implement cost-control measures to support profitability.
  4. Monitor stock levels through inventory tracking and ensure timely ordering of food and beverage supplies.
  5. Liaise and negotiate with vendors and suppliers to secure quality products at competitive prices.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Diploma-level qualifications or equivalent in Management and Business or other relevant fields.
  • Recent minimum of 1 year of relevant experience working as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Ability to work independently and without supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and provide leadership to a small team.
  • Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.
  • Good oral communication skills.
