Our organization is seeking a skilled Team Lead to oversee the effective delivery of crisis response services. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, excellent communication skills, and a deep understanding of crisis management.
About the Role
The Team Lead will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to the crisis response team, ensuring that services are delivered efficiently and effectively. This will involve working closely with the Clinical Director to develop and implement strategies that enhance service delivery and promote positive outcomes for consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the crisis response team, providing coaching and guidance to ensure high-performance standards are met
- Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and reduce wait times
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless continuity of care between crisis response services and other areas of the organization
- Maintain effective communication channels with team members and stakeholders to ensure open dialogue and transparency
- Foster a culture of innovation and excellence, encouraging continuous improvement and quality enhancement
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A postgraduate degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing)
