Optimising Unsecured Credit Performance

This role plays a key part in executing our credit strategy by driving initiatives and projects that balance risk and reward, thereby enhancing customer experience.

Key responsibilities include generating reports, analysing data, distilling insights and recommendations to boost financial performance of the unsecured credit portfolio, communicating analytical findings to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner, and suggesting and implementing credit strategies, process enhancements and technology upgrades to digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical skills coupled with an inquisitive mindset, excellent communication skills, particularly in stakeholder management, and a background in finance, actuarial science, mathematics or engineering. Experience or a strong interest in coding such as SAS or SQL is highly desired, and direct experience in credit would be highly advantageous.
