Environmental Expert Leader

As a senior environmental consultant, you will manage and deliver high-profile projects related to contaminated land assessment and remediation. You will also provide expert technical direction and mentorship to junior consultants.

You will be responsible for:

  • Leading contaminated land assessments, remediation planning, and execution
  • Mentoring junior consultants in technical skills and industry best practices
  • Maintaining strong relationships with clients and expanding industry networks
  • Contributing to business development through innovative project proposals and fee estimates

Requirements include:

  • At least 10 years' experience in contaminated land assessment/remediation
  • A strong educational background in environmental science, geology, engineering, or hydrogeology
  • Familiarity with NEPM 2013, NEMP 2.0, asbestos, and hazardous materials regulations
  • Experience working across various project settings, including contaminated land assessment and remediation
  • Excellent communication and report writing skills, with a focus on clear and concise technical documentation
  • A valid manual driver's license and Australian residency
