- Lead and develop a seamless demand/supply handover process, ensuring timely and accurate information exchange.
- Drive business capability development through strategic planning, innovation, and change management initiatives.
- Oversee the materials strategic planning process for high-priority products (Yeast, Peanuts, Natural cheese), identifying opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains.
- Analyze and resolve end-to-end supply/demand imbalances, minimizing disruptions and maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Prioritize collaboration with the supply leadership team to deliver business goals, execute strategies, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.
The ideal candidate will possess strong financial acumen, excellent planning skills, and experience in driving change within organizations. They must be agile learners, effective communicators, and passionate about delivering results in complex environments.
