Job Title: Computer Network and System Engineer

Our organization is seeking a highly skilled Computer Network and System Engineer to join our collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Configure, install, and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, wireless access points, firewalls, and VPNs.
  2. Monitor and troubleshoot LAN/WAN performance, internet connectivity, and system uptime across multiple sites.
  3. Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V).
  4. Perform routine system maintenance including backups, updates, patching, hardware diagnostics, and server health checks.
  5. Provide responsive technical support to internal staff for desktops, laptops, mobile devices, printers, and office equipment.
  6. Administer user accounts, system access, Microsoft 365/email accounts, and endpoint security tools.
  7. Support ERP and CRM applications by resolving user issues, coordinating with development teams, and assisting with testing, updates, and data entry validations.
  8. Document IT infrastructure, network topology, issue resolution procedures, and operational processes.
  9. Participate in the onboarding/offboarding of employees and manage IT asset inventory.
  10. Implement security best practices, monitor vulnerabilities, and ensure compliance with policies.
  11. Liaise with external vendors and managed service providers to escalate and resolve complex system or network issues.
  12. Collaborate with the IT Manager and project teams to support infrastructure upgrades, rollouts, and client solutions.
  13. Provide training and guidance to users and junior IT staff as needed.
  14. Proactively monitor system logs, network traffic, and hardware performance to ensure stability and efficiency.
