Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Business Development Representative to drive sales growth and exceed targets. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing a deep understanding of our clients' challenges and how FloQast addresses them
  • Crafting and executing effective prospecting strategies to identify new business opportunities
  • Meeting or exceeding daily/weekly activity targets for Sales Activities, including conversations with key decision-makers and converting qualified prospects to scheduled demos
  • Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders, including Account Executives, marketing teams, and sales management
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role or prior audit/accounting experience with a passion for starting your career in sales
  • A demonstrated ability to learn new concepts and adapt quickly to changing environments
  • An eagerness to receive coaching and feedback to continuously improve performance
  • A strong commitment to self-improvement and achieving success
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to remain organized and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment

Salary

The estimated salary for this role is $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
