We are seeking a skilled UiPath Automation Specialist to design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline business processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and implement RPA solutions using UiPath, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Translate business requirements into functional automation workflows.
- Create reusable components and libraries for scalable automation solutions.
- Implement robust testing protocols to ensure automation accuracy and reliability.
- Conduct unit and integration testing of RPA solutions to identify and resolve issues.
- Work with stakeholders to conduct user acceptance testing and collect feedback for iterative improvements.
- Monitor and troubleshoot automated processes in production.
- Optimize and refactor existing workflows for performance improvements.
- Provide ongoing support to ensure high availability and reliability of RPA solutions.
- Document automation solutions, processes, and any configuration changes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards throughout the RPA lifecycle.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, specifically with UiPath.
- Strong proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, and other UiPath components.
- Experience with process analysis, requirement gathering, and solution design.
- Prefer someone who has experience in Financial Services sector.
- Experience in programming languages: Python or R.
- Solid understanding of API integrations and web services.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work independently or in a team.
Salary Information
The estimated salary for this position is $80,000-$120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
