About the Role

As a Digital Experience Automation Specialist, you will play a key role in driving creative, personalised, digital experiences and CRM campaigns using Adobe Experience Manager. This high-impact position is part of various customer squads, responsible for automating personalised digital marketing strategy and campaigns to shape and support strategy and drive brilliant customer experience.

In this role, you will automate digital builds, work on varied projects creating workflows and using relationship builder tools to design content & personalisation for single and cross-channel projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and implement automated digital experiences using Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Develop and maintain workflows and relationship builder tools to design content & personalisation for single and cross-channel projects.
  • Collaborate with customer squads to automate personalised digital marketing strategy and campaigns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A passion for Digital Marketing - creating innovative campaigns, offers & experiences.
  • A love for deep dives into data.
  • Expertise within at least one of the Adobe Digital suite across Classic, Campaign, Experience Manager (AEM), Journey Optimiser (AJO), Experience Platform (AEP).
  • Excellent tech foundational skills across SQL & Front-end coding such as CSS, HTML, JavaScript.
