About our Labor and Working Conditions Expert

We are seeking a highly skilled Labor and Working Conditions Expert to support one of the largest energy companies in the world.

The successful candidate will work closely with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with labor and working conditions performance standards. They will demonstrate a commitment to Health, Safety, Security, and Environment (HSSE) principles and maintain confidential records related to operations.

Key activities include:

  • Monitoring project compliance with IFC/Lender labor and working conditions performance standards
  • Contributing to the review of project documentation and HR management system documents for IFC/Lender compliance
  • Providing capacity building for office teams on IFC/Lender labor and working conditions standards
  • Liaising with project teams and other departments to ensure IFC/Lender labor and working conditions compliance
  • Supporting the development of IFC/Lender compliant labor clauses in construction tenders and participating in bidder assessments
  • Reviewing policies, procedures, and contractor labor to ensure compliance with labor and working conditions standards

About You

We are looking for a professional with:

  • Perfect knowledge of IFC Performance Standards and international best practices
  • Strong expertise in social disciplines such as labor and workforce management
  • Previous experience working with large industrial or infrastructure projects
  • A minimum of 10 years of work experience
  • Ability to work in high-pressure situations and autonomously within a team
  • Creative problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal and communication skills

Prioritizing creative thinking and excellent reporting skills is essential for this role.
