Compliance Manager
Job Description:The Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring end-to-end compliance with labor laws and statutory requirements across all locations, including the Shops and Establishments Act (state-wise), EPF, ESIC, PT, LWF, Gratuity, Bonus Act, Minimum Wages, Maternity Benefit, and Payment of Wages Acts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:To be successful as a Compliance Manager, you will need:
- A Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
- 2–4 years of experience in HR & Admin roles with hands-on experience in labor law compliance and multi-state Shop & Establishment regulations
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Maintaining statutory registers and records as per local/state labor laws
- Liaising with consultants, legal advisors, and authorities during inspections, audits, or notices
- Coordinating employee exit formalities including full and final settlement documentation
- Assisting in managing general office administration: housekeeping, facility management, travel arrangements, and vendor coordination
This is a Full-time position within the Business Development and Sales team.
