Job Description:
  • Manage employee timesheets and life cycle changes (onboarding, terminations, leave, role changes)
  • Support weekly, month-end, and year-end payroll processing and reporting
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with policies and legislation
  • Manage and deal with payroll queries as and when required
  • Maintain data integrity within the system, ensuring it is accurate and up-to-date
  • Assist Payroll Manager as required including back-up support when Payroll Manager is away
Requirements:
  • 3+ years' experience in payroll
  • Strong understanding of Awards, EBAs, and payroll regulations
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • A mature, proactive, and team-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills
  • Reliable
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks while maintaining accuracy
