Executive Culinary Director

This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of culinary expertise, leadership skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
About the Position:
- This is a full-time role, Monday to Friday, with limited weekend and night shifts.
- The successful candidate will oversee all aspects of catering operations, including food preparation, presentation and service.
- They will also be responsible for managing stock levels, maintaining accurate records of food preparation and presentation, and ensuring kitchen hygiene and cleanliness standards are met.
About You:
- You must have a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or higher qualification.
- At least 3 years' experience as a Head Chef in high-volume or structured environments is essential.
- You should be a confident leader with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to train and develop a team.
- You should possess expert knowledge of HACCP protocols, allergen management, and food safety practices.
- Strong organisational skills, the ability to work independently, take initiative, and remain calm under pressure are also required.
