Salary & Benefits
The successful candidate can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition to a comprehensive salary package, we offer a range of benefits including superannuation, eligibility to our bonus scheme, relocation assistance, and a leave purchase program.
Job Description
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, managing capital electrical and instrumentation projects for Tronox Plants in accordance with Australian engineering codes and standards. As a Senior Asset Improvement Engineer (E&I), you will be accountable for planning, executing, and commissioning strategic projects, as well as working closely with production, maintenance, and T&I departments to ensure effective operation and maintenance of key equipment.
You will be responsible for providing technical leadership, custodianship for plant governance and compliance, developing and managing asset management plans, and preparing budgets for E&I projects/programs. Your expertise will also be required to lead risk assessments, facilitate root cause analysis, and develop life cycle cost analyses.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- A Bachelor's degree or higher in Electrical Engineering or a closely related discipline;
