Tronox Mineral Processing Specialist

As a leading integrated manufacturer of titanium dioxide, Tronox operates a fully integrated titanium minerals producer and pigment manufacturer in Australia. Our sites are part of the global operations of Tronox Limited, serving international markets with high-quality products.
We are seeking a dedicated Mineral Separation Shift Operator to join our team at our Northshore site in Bunbury. This role is perfect for those passionate about mineral processing and committed to delivering exceptional results.
The RoleThe MSP Operator will oversee the separation and processing of minerals during assigned shifts, ensuring production runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently while meeting quality standards and production targets. The ideal candidate will have experience in mineral processing operations and a strong mechanical aptitude.
Key Responsibilities- Operate and monitor mineral separation equipment to optimize mineral recovery and quality.
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure equipment efficiency and safety.
- Monitor process parameters and adjust equipment settings as needed to achieve optimal results.
- Perform quality control checks on mineral concentrates and tailings to ensure product specifications are met.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A certificate in Process Plant Operations or equivalent experience.
- Appropriate licenses and demonstrated experience operating heavy machinery, such as Front End Loaders/Bobcats/Forklifts.
- Previous experience with control systems is highly desirable.

- A generous salary package, estimated at $85,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.

- Have unrestricted working rights within Australia.
- Live within 45 minutes from Bunbury City Centre due to the 12-hour shift requirement.
