Senior Engineering Lead for Asset Optimization

About the Role:
This is a senior leadership position managing a multi-discipline team of engineers at our Bunbury Pigment Processing Plant.
The successful candidate will be responsible for leading business improvement projects, developing policy and procedures, and managing life cycle plans for site assets.
You will collaborate with maintenance and reliability functions to review and improve equipment strategies, manage investigations into complex equipment failures, and provide strategic direction to drive team performance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Strong safety record and ability to lead by example
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and develop multidisciplinary teams
- Advantageous: asset integrity knowledge, reliability principles, regulatory codes, capital project processes, and business case development
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a range of benefits including 12% superannuation, eligibility for the Tronox bonus scheme, relocation assistance, 12-weeks paid parental leave, additional leave purchase program, and company-paid insurances.
