
Licencing Administrator

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of licensing records, maintaining ongoing compliance with regulatory standards, and providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain Accurate Records: Process, renew, and maintain accurate licensing records in line with regulations.
- Ensure Compliance: Ensure ongoing compliance with all regulatory standards.
- Provide Customer Service: Answer internal and external licensing enquiries.
- Collaborate with Departments: Work alongside departments to meet licensing requirements.
- Prepare Reports: Prepare, submit, and manage reports and documentation.
- Resolve Discrepancies: Identify and resolve licensing discrepancies.
- Administrative Experience: Experience in administrative roles, preferably within the automotive or transport sector.
- Organizational Skills: Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Attention to Detail: High attention to detail and accuracy in processing documentation.
- Licensing Knowledge: Knowledge of licensing regulations and compliance requirements.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external bodies.
- Computer Proficiency: Proficiency with relevant computer systems and software.
- Problem-Solving Skills: A proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
