SYNOPSIS:
**LeisureFit Facilities Supervisor**
- **Full-Time, 3-Year Contract.**:

- **Up to $98,534.79 p.a. total salary package ($77,045.24 - $89,171.76* + 10.5% Super).**:

**We’re now seeking an innovative individual to provide bookings and operational maintenance supervision of our Leisure Facilities for our community and user groups.**

As our Leisure Facilities Supervisor, you will be responsible for assisting all aspects of operations with respect to the presentation and maintenance of the LeisureFit Facilities, including;
- The training and supervision of staff under the Leisure Facilities portfolio.
- Overseeing all Leisure Facilities associated administrative duties including; staff rostering, facility bookings, and equipment hiring.
- Maintaining Customer Relations and Liaison with facility user groups and organisations.
- Analyse, develop, and report on Leisure Facilities operational and financial activities.
- Undertake purchasing and procurement processes as and when required.

**To be successful in this role, you will possess**:

- Tertiary qualifications in Building, Sport & Recreation or equivalent.
- Current Applied First Aid Certificate.
- Current C Class Drivers Licence.
- Demonstrated experience in a recreation facility management role.
- Demonstrated supervisory experience.
